Extra Green Kale Salad fit for a King.

This dish was heavily inspired ( and mostly ripped off) from a dish that my friend made at thanksgiving. I actually ate so much of Kale salad that I barely had room for anything else.

Ingredients:
Serves 10

1 Bunch Purple Curly Kale, ripped into little pieces
1 Bunch Green Curly Kale, ripped into little pieces
1/4 up sunflower seeds
a lil bit of red onion

Dressing (the most important part)

1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1 Avocado
A lil' Pink Salt
1/4 Cups Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Lemon
Juice of 1 Lime

Directions:

Put Kale bits, sunflower seeds and red onion in a bowl. Mix the dressing in a blender. Massage the dressing onto the Kale with your hands and let it marinate for at least one hour. :)
