Ginger Tumeric Tonic

I have been feeling low energy lately as the winter cold sneaks it's way into my bones. This tonic, inspired by my roommate, seems to have the perfect warming healing love effect. Think of it as medicine.

Serves 3

3 inches of fresh organic Tumeric
4 inches of fresh organic Ginger
1/2 lemon
2 Tbs Honey
1 dash Cinnamon
4 tsp coconut milk, or 2 tbs shredded coconut

Directions:

Vitamix the %$#@% out of the ingredients, sip, heal.
