Rosehip Ginger Jam


Also known as Yum Sauce. When I eat this, I am reminded that food is medicine.

Ingredients:
Serves 24

1 cup dried rose hips
1 inch peeled ginger
1 cup green tea
1 Tbs Honey
Cinnamon
Cardamom

Directions:

Mix it all together a let it simmer on the stove for 10 minutes (To keep it raw, just let it sit for 1 hour and replace green tea with sun tea). Blend it up good in the vitamix.
