Preserved Lemons O.M.G!!!!!!!!!


These take 30 seconds to make. Then as result of said preserved lemon making, you become an instant food genius. It's a win win situation.

Ingredients:
Serves Many

5 Organic Meyer Lemons that are starting to get really soft (almost moldy)
1/4 Cup of Pink Salt
Dash Of Cinnamon

Directions:

Cut up the lemons into little slices, add the salt and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Mix, mix, mix with your hands and then mash, mash, mash into the mason jar (fill it 7/8 full). Leave a little air in the jar. Store for up to a year.
