Chickpea salad from heaven
Perfect potluck food
Ingredients:
Serves 6-8
3 cups of chickpeas (boiled or canned)
1/2 Stem Kale minced
2 Pepper cut into thin slices
1/4 Red Onion minced
3 Tbs Olive Oil
Good quality Salt
Directions:
Mix it all together in a pretty bowl!
