
When I embarked upon this Green Drink challenge, I had no idea that I would be sleeping in different places every night and flying to Toronto for a family emergency. It has been tricky to find a blender and fresh vegetables. I was very happy to be back in California this morning, where I enjoyed this drink.
Ingredients:Makes 3-4 Servings
3 Tbs Chia Seeds
1 Apple
2 cups Coconut Juice
3 leaves Kale
1 cup ice
Directions: Blend and Drink. Yum.
