Ingredients:
Make 3-4 servings (which you might want all for yourself)
1 cup Mango
1 cup Spinach
.5 cup ice
1 cup spring water
3 Dates
3 tbs Chia Seeds
6 Pecans
1 dropper full of milk thistle (optional tonic to support the liver)
Directions:
Blend and drink outside on a hot summers day!
