
I woke up with so much energy this morning that I basically jumped out of bed with a smile on my face. Day #4 of 21 day green drink challenge is being good to me.
Ingredients:

I bunch of Parsley (stemmed)
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Carrots
1 Celery Stick
1 dash salt
2 cups spring water
1 cup crushed ice
